Chandra Bhanu Gupta (14 July 1902[1] – 11 March 1980[2]) was chief minister of Indian state of Uttar Pradesh for three times. He was born in Aligarh district in 1902.
Gupta got involved in the freedom struggle at the early age of 17, when he took part in anti-Rowlett Bill demonstrations in Sitapur.
At the age of 27 he was elected President of Lucknow city Congress.
