Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will  start his campaign for the Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls from Kanpur, a city which has proven lucky for him in the General Elections of 2004 and 2009. Upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly Polls, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has started her three-day tour of Amethi and Rae Bareli, considered strongholds of the Congress in UP, As per the reports, Priyanka is expected to hold meeting with party workers.
