Ahead of Uttar Pradesh state Assembly elections due next year, BJP has decided to take out a yatra in all 403 assembly segments in the state, a party spokesman said.
During a meeting of the state office-bearers and district presidents held today, it was decided that a big yatra will be organised in all 403 assembly segments in the state, spokesman Vijay Bahadur Pathak said.
He said that the date of the yatra, which is likely to be led by senior party leaders, would be decided later.

Chief Minister Mayawati says the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) will not contest any more by-elections for now – her party triumphed in the Domariyaganj assembly bypoll – as she wants to focus on the Uttar Pradesh polls in 2012.
